Once draft videos are approved, any further changes will incur a re-edit and re-export fee of $1,200 + GST.
Revising and re-exporting over 120 video versions is a time-intensive process, so we ensure you have the opportunity to carefully review and approve the initial drafts to avoid miscommunication.
Once we've booked, what's next?
Once you’ve booked and paid your deposit via the calendar, we’ll schedule a 30-minute scriptwriting session via Google Meet.
In this session, we’ll learn about your expertise, gather key details about your services, and you’re welcome to share any reference documents or brand material.
From there, we conduct our own industry research and craft tailored draft scripts for your approval.
Once the scripts are approved, we’ll confirm your shoot date and provide guidance on how to prepare for filming.
On the scheduled day, we’ll arrive at your location, set up, and film all approved content in one efficient session.
We’ll deliver your draft videos within 5 business days. After your approval, we’ll finalise and deliver all formatted versions within 3 additional business days — ready for use across social media, ads, and web.
How much time do I need to set aside for filming?
We’ll be at your office for a total of 4 hours, including setup and pack down — but your team only needs to be available for a 2-hour filming window.
Sometimes filming may take slightly more or less time depending on the speaker and flow, but in most cases, we’re able to capture all 11 scripts within that 2-hour window.
We handle all setup, direction, and teleprompter operation — so you can focus on delivering your message with confidence.
